GED/ABE Teacher
Fosston Community Education is seeking a GED/ABE Teacher to start June 1, 2016.  This is a part-time, year-round position, and includes both daytime and evening hours.  State of Minnesota k-12 Teaching License required.  Rate of pay at $20/Hour.

Remain knowledgeable with the most current policies in GED testing.

The Board position runs from the date of appointment until 12/31/18, with the position up for election in November, 2018. Position open until filled by board appointment. COMMUNITY ED DIRECTOR/COORDINATOR
ISD 601 is seeking candidates for a part-time Community Education Director. The

role is to develop, implement, and coordinate the programs for youth and adult program activities, including youth enrichment, adult enrichment, senior programs, and adults with disabilities, for the ISD 601 Community Education program, and related work as apparent or assigned.

                              A more detailed job description is available upon request. Please note that the city of

Fosston employs an Aquatics and Recreation Director; therefore, this school district position does not oversee Summer Rec.

               This role may be combined with other available positions as long as scheduling

                conflicts do not exist.

Other opportunities advising and/or coaching interscholastic activities may also be

               available but not required.

Job Qualifications: Licensed Director Candidates: Current Minnesota Community Education Director

licensure by August 27, 2018 or the willingness/ability to obtain licensure. Other endorsements and/or function codes will be considered.

Non-Licensed Coordinator Candidates: the district will also consider non-licensed

candidates to serve in the role of Community Education Coordinator under the supervision of the superintendent and board of education. Candidates with experience in related fields are encouraged to apply.
